The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and scientific-methodological principles of forming the concept of sustainable development of corporate finance in emerging markets and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement to increase the effectiveness of the functioning of business entities in Ukraine. A comprehensive study was carried out to identify global, national and sectoral trends in sustainable development of corporate finance in modern European integration conditions. The scientific principles and priority areas of the concept of sustainable development of corporate finance were substantiated. The study of theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the features of sustainable development of corporate finance in pandemic and wartime conditions was deepened. The principles of financial support for sustainable development of corporate finance were studied. Methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of financial management of corporate finance in emerging markets were generalized. The use of traditional and new (alternative) instruments of capital raising for investments in sustainable development at enterprises is analyzed and assessed. Priority areas of investment in sustainable post-war development of corporate finance in Ukraine are substantiated. Existing areas of international support for post-war sustainable development of domestic corporate finance are summarized.
