The goal is achieved by improving existing methods and means for searching for failures in the post part of the electrical centralization. The main methods used in the research are methods of computer modeling of the operation of the system of automatic monitoring of the state of the post part of the electrical centralization, the use of expert evaluation methods, semantic differentials and data ranking, and the creation of a model for determining priority control objects using fuzzy sets. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of a new method for determining priority control objects in the post part of the electrical centralization using fuzzy inference systems. The main idea of the method is as follows: based on the results of expert assessment by the method of semantic differentials of the need to monitor the selected object, taking into account seven main indicators, using the membership functions of fuzzy sets built into the model, the computer model allows determining the priority of control of each element. The application of the developed methods and tools makes it possible to: – significantly simplify the procedure for locating failures in electrical centralization without the use of automatic control systems by constructing failure search graphs; – reduce the time for eliminating failures in electrical centralization for small stations to the time of replacing one element; – reduce the time for eliminating failures in electrical centralization for large stations to the time of replacing several blocks; – perform automatic control of the state of electrical centralization without involving service personnel.
