Tasks: (1) Optimization of the laboratory and analytical complex. (2) Formation of reference collections (depositories) of leading types of iron ore deposits of the Kryvyi Rih Basin and the Kremenchuk Iron Ore District. (3) Laboratory and analytical studies to create representative data banks of the composition of minerals of iron ore deposits of Ukraine. (4) Assessment of the representativeness and reliability of the obtained large array of analytical data (including the results of spectrometric study of ore minerals and their synthetic analogues) (5) Formation of representative data banks of the composition of minerals of iron ore deposits of Ukraine using the obtained analytical data, development of scientifically based principles for their further improvement and replenishment. (6) Development of a set of scientific and technological solutions for the effective use of the created representative data banks of the composition of minerals as a key component of the optimal technology for the study and assessment of the quality of iron ores (CSKDR-Fe system). For the Kremenchuk Iron Ore District, the ores of the Bilanivsky deposit were selected and processed as an object of detailed study. Their reference collection was created and credited to the University's balance. The laboratory and analytical complex was improved and optimized.
