The object of research is single crystals, glass ceramics, glasses, and nanocomposites based on complex oxides. The goal of the research is to develop technology for obtaining and comprehensively studying the properties of dielectrics and wide-bandgap semiconductors based on oxide compounds for devices in acousto-optics, solar energy, photonics, and sensor technology. Single crystals were grown using the Czochralski method, glass was obtained using the “rapid quenching” method, and nanocomposites were synthesized using a modified Stoeber method. The physical properties were studied using differential thermal analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray phase analysis, dielectric permeability and electrical impedance spectroscopy, optical absorption and magnetic resonance. The research results yielded high-quality experimental samples and established the mechanisms of electrical, optical, and photoinduced phenomena in them. Eight articles were published in journals indexed by the Scopus and/or Web of Science scientometric databases, seven articles in category “B” professional journals, four patents for inventions and utility models, and a monograph. The results of the research were presented at international and national conferences, the Ukrainian-Czech Business Forum in Dnipro, and the International Congress on Photonics in Munich. Recommendations have been developed for the application of the compounds obtained in laser radiation control devices, renewable and autonomous power sources, and sensor technology. An act on the implementation of the research results into the production processes of the Elent-A Scientific and Production Center LLC was obtained. Product Description popup.authors Anna O.
