The relevance of the study is determined by large-scale losses of land resources caused by military actions and the need to ensure food security, environmental stability, and socio-economic development of territorial communities. Within the first (theoretical and methodological) stage, the theoretical foundations of the model formation were substantiated, international and Ukrainian experience in land restoration was summarized, and methodological approaches to assessing ecological, economic, and social losses were determined. Conceptual provisions for integrating sustainable, inclusive, and smart approaches into recovery processes were developed. A methodological framework for further analytical and project-based research was formed, creating a scientific basis for the implementation of subsequent stages of the study. The expected results include the development of scientific and methodological support for forming the economic model of land restoration, preparation of methodological recommendations for public authorities and local self-government bodies, as well as scientific publications and educational materials that will facilitate the practical implementation of the research results.
