Purpose of the study: to advance climate services in Ukraine, in particular through the development of specialized climate products to meet information needs for decision-making at international, national, regional, oblast, and local levels. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, and generalization of information; systems analysis; methods of information and web modeling; statistical assessment; time series analysis and data approximation; cartographic methods and geographic information analysis; climate modeling methods. The international experience in the development of climate web applications has been analyzed, and contemporary approaches to their architecture, interface design, functionality, and database structure have been synthesized. A conceptual framework, user interface, and core functionality have been developed for the web applications “Climate Extremes Indices,” “Bioclimatic Indicators,” and “Factors Affecting Human Health and Well-Being.” Long-term mean values of climate indices and bioclimatic indicators were determined for all regions of Ukraine for the period 1991–2020, and corresponding cartographic and tabular materials were produced. The direction and rate of change of the indices over the study period were identified, which made it possible to reveal regional characteristics and spatial heterogeneity of climate trends; databases of their mean values and rates of change were compiled.
