The research method is monographic (to determine the modern paradigm of digital management of the enterprise); terminological (with a descriptive and constructive interpretation of the concepts of "innovation", "innovation management"); system analysis and structural diagnostics (to determine the contour of digitalization management tasks at the macro-, micro-level), system approach (with a system approach to); statistical analysis (to reflect the current state and trends in the development of information technologies); logical generalization (to form general conclusions and proposals). Results – packages of educational and methodological materials (lecture notes, methodological instructions for practical and independent classes, visual aids) for professional disciplines were developed; – personnel, administrative and operational aspects of logistics activities of production enterprises under martial law were studied; – an analysis of business administration processes of organizing the activities of enterprises under digitalization was carried out; – the introduction of digital logistics innovations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was studied; – the impact of regulatory and legal support for digitalization on the administration of business processes.
