Aim: the elaboration of complex rehabilitational system of the patients with osteoporosis dependently on structural-functional state of bone system and clinical manifestation of the disease. Methods: neuroorthopedic, antropometric, ultrasound echoosteomerty, clinical-rentgenological, biochemical, study of some hormons in biological liquids, examination of patients by endocrinologist and stomatologist. Experimental study of (Kosmol( influence on structural-functional state of bone system under different patological states was carried out on 160 laboratory animals. Positive effect of use of bioactive product (Kosmol( in the patients with the endocrinologic pathology with the aim of prophilaxis of secondary osteoporosis was stated. The effective use of (Kosmol( was shown in the patients with generalized parodontitis. The influence of bread (Bogatyr(, that has (Kosmol( was investigated. The possibility of tissue preparations use (epitalamin, thymalin) in the treatment and prophilaxis of osteoporosis was stadied. Positive influence of (( -D3- Teva( on the bone tissue and biochemical indices of collagen metabolism in the patients with postmenopausal and senile osteoporosis was shown.
