Methods: biomicroscopy,ophthalmoscopy, fluorescent angiography,photoregistration. Results: Studied the changing of sclera, retina in the different energethic levels of radiation of Nd- and Ru-lasers. Established, that in laser apparatus we can use as Nd-laser and Ru-laser too. In 48 patients with secondary terminal glaucoma (which was recommened enucleation of eye) has been made transscleral compressional coagulation with using above lasers. The pain absolutly dissappeared in 48 patients and intraocular pressure was reduced in 37 patients. In connection with an absent of finances all elaborations of apparatus AMS, the completion of making this apparatus is postponed to the 1st qvarter of 1999 year.
