Results: during research is revealed higher significance early visual evoked potentials in comparison with late, is proved, that the meaning(importance) of amplitude of a component Р1 early visual evoked potentials can be used for forecasting results of treatment of the patients with a pathology ЗН; is established, that superficial temporal artery catheterysation with subsequent complex инфузионной by therapy and transsphenoidal electrophoresis are effective methods of treatment of the patients with diseases o f a visual nerve various genesis. Novelty: - technique of diagnostics of diseases of a visual nerve for the first time is developed on the basis of research early visual evoked potentials, the complex method of treatment of these diseases including superficial temporal artery catheterysation with subsequent complex инфузионной by therapy and transsphenoidal electrophoresis is offered.
