Purpose of investigation: to improve differential diagnosing and methods of conservative treatment of the pain syndromes of upper extremities. Methods of investigation: reovasography, photoplethysmography, electromyography, electroneuromyography, electrodiagnosis, reflexodiagnosis. Peculiarities of a disorder of the vegetative regulation of peripheral vasomotor reactions and function of neuromuscular system in the pain syndrome of upper extremities (PSUE) were indicated. Reflexodiagnostic algorithm of the myofascial pain syndrome was created. A table of differential diagnosis of the main PSUE kinds was developed. Indications and methods for using electroanalgesia when treating PSUE are found. Efficiency of local, conduction and vegetative blocks when treating myofascial pain syndrome was investigated.
