It is shown that the contents of majority of document sections unsatisfactory. There are no logic, the completeness and obviousness in this document. Many thesis are not substantiate. In descriptions of safety function of systems at Sothe specific concerte themes of safety and methods of reaching it are not reflected. The descriptions of structure of systems are not effective, as are not accompanied by the technological schemess, the classification of controling parameters SO are not substantiate. It is recommended to make the detailed describing of SO state with the referneces to concrete sections of the Report on the analisis of safety SO. The conclusion is made, that the SOTP, represented on examination, does not conform the requirements on NRA regulation documents. It is recommended to reprocess this document in the correspondence with the conclsions and recommendations of the present state expert appraisal.
