By the results of reseaches the complex of technical meaasures on restoration of operational reliability of the building was developed. For this purpose strengthening of the basis by pushing of piles into the setting ground stratum was executed. The received results have formed the basis for development of technique of joint computation of the structure basis at the combined design the foundation (a fine foundation combining with a strenghtening pile foundation) and it allowed to perform computations determination of optimum parameters of the pushed piles.
