The purpose of activity: " Fulfilment of starting-up and adjustment works on input of a gas purification of shop№ 7 in maintenance after big repair and definition of efficiency of its activity on real gass ". Methods of researches and instrumentation: gas analysises, assay balances, pressure gauge, micromanometer, electroaspirator,absorbers. For input of a gas purification of magnesium production after big repair are executed preparatory and starting-up and adjustment works idling. The optimum operation conditions of a gas purification of the main and stand-by line working on an air - water mixture are determined. The act of input of a gas purification in maintenance is composed. The researches on definition of an overall performance of a gas purification on real gass of the main and stand-by lines are executed. Establish ed, that the degree of clearing of gases on chlorine in break-in period has compounded 97,02 - 99,03 %, on hydrogen chloride - 100 %. Thus the optimum working conditions of a gas purification is the maintenance it in three stages at a spraying of scrubbers 8, 7 and 9 on the lower circle (the degree of clearing of gases makes 99,99 %, and losses of lime milk with вy losses of working solution 1,563 m3/h) or in two stages with a spraying of a scrubber 8 in two circles, scrubber 7 - on the lower circle, scrubber 9 - to use as a drip pocket (degree of clearing 100 %, loss of lime milk 1,963 m3/h).
