As a result the new reduction of Ukrainian Law "The Labor Safety" prodject has been worked out wich takes into account seven years practice of its application and ensures the correspondence of the Law to the new Constitution requirements, proper interaction with the lately adopted Law on the accidents and professional diseases social insurance and other national legislation acts on diferent purposes and directions, adaptation to European and international regulations. The result of scientific and research work - the project of the law has been offered to consideration of authoritative bodies in legal order.
