Operational mode of a centrifuge: frequency of rotation of a curl 2800 turn-over/minute; frequency of rotation spiral relative 36 turn-over/minute; a radius of a drain effluent 195 mm. The data of laboratory researches were used on coal factory Avdeevsky KCHZ. The reached quality of a drain thickener allows to close a water cycle coal factory. The deposit in a mix with a rock can be removed on waste heap. The application of complexes of dehydration on base ctntrifugation of installations IGSH - 459O - 01 with optimum chemical processing sludge excludes losses coal and charges slime storage. The obtained parameters laboratory experimental tests of a centrifuging coal sludge allo w to make a conclusion about necessity of their use for of preparation factories with large productivity.
