Karazin popup.description2 Objects of investigations are natural water reservoirs and water objects. Aim of the work is development of methodical methods for analysis of elemental composition of water and water objects for estimation of natural water reservoirs by heavy and toxic metals. Investigations are made by X-ray -fluorescential analysis. There were performed analysis of modern methods, methodical maintenance and technical equipment to provide perpesentative sampling and formulate requirements. In the report there were considered up-to-date methods of sampling keeping and fixing, also were considered conditions of sampling preparation for hi-end tool-making analysis. On the base of this analysis method of heavy metal concentration at fibrous anionitus AH/31 (B) by hi-end X-ray-fluorescent analysis as a pills was selected as a main method. Natural-experimental investigation of heavy metals in natural water reservoirs and water organisms in big lakes of Kharkov region — Krasnooskol'skiy and Krasnopavlovskiy lakes, was carri ed out.
