Object of researches: functional state of the CNS in experimental animals under exposure to ionizing radiation. Methods of research: behavioural, polarographic, electrocalorimetric, spectrophotometric, statistical. Antioxidants (vitamin E, C, b-carotene) usage, according to the data of two-month observation, improves operant performance of exposed (0.1-0.5 Gr) animals under emotion-pain stress. Ponounced membrane stabilizing effect of the preparations and their positive influence upon the processes of lipid peroxidation in animal's brain as well as significant decrease of the signs of oxidative phosphorilation in the brain tissues caused by the exposure were shown. Screening showed the feasibility of b-carotene and tocopherol usage for correction of disturbance of tissue respiration in the brain of expo sed animals Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
