The purpose of work: research of a degree, character of glycosylation, and also interactions of immunoglobulins and antigenes in structure of the CIC in norm and at infectious diseases. During work were used immunochemical and biochemical methods: affinity chromatography, a disk - electrophoresis, immunoelectrophores, ELISA , affinnity and immunoblot. Work is carried out with use of centrifuges, analytical weights, specrtophotimeter SF - 26, photoelectrocolorymeter, the equipment for tltctrophoresis and electroblotting, rider for a microplates .As a result of work it is shown, that the quantity of the CIC and their qualitative structure at a virus hepatites are changed on type of an infection. Presence of fibronectin and its degradations' products in structure of the CIC, increase of the maintenance of syalil acids in structure of N-glycans and decrease of quantity( of O-glycans in IgG structure for the first time is established at a virus hepatytis B. The received results have formed the basis for registration of the patent application. Results may be used by immunologists and infectionists for monitoring of the immunological status and forecasting of current of HBV-infections.
