The purpose of research: to reveal a condition road-traffic accidents on Ukraine; features of damages of support-locomotory system; a level of rendering of a medical care by the injured. Methods of research: informatical-analytical, clinical, radiological. Theoretical and practical results: the tendency to downstroke of a level of rendering of a medical care by the injured is revealed at on tohospitalical stage; the features of a children's traumatism are investigated; features of damages of a backbone and spinal cord in result road-traffic accidents; the tendency to augmentation of quantity of traumas (on 12,7 %) is shown, and in 80 % it is the people is more younger than 40 years. The researches have shown, that the imperfection of existing system of rendering of a medical care on tohospitalical stage is caused by absence in sufficient volume of special agents of a transport immobilization, and also necessary system of diagnostical-medicalmeasures.
