The purpose of the work - build-up of theoretical model of electronic - wave interaction in hybrid amplifiers of millimeter waves and simulation of manifold form electromagnetic signals scattering on a ferrite layer. Research technique - spectral method of solution of the task about incidence a two-dimensional wave beam on a gyrotropic layer; theoretical solution of the self-consistent task about interaction in dual stage hybrid devices under condition of simultaneous usage of two theories for resonance and nonresonance systems; a modified method of partial areas with selection of link area for calculation of waveguide-ferrite resonators. The task about incidence of electromagnetic signals on an anisotropic gyrotropic layer is solved. The software for calculation of leakage fields structure is created. The multidimensional mathematical model of a resonance - nonresonance hybrid amplifier of millimeter wave is designed. The preliminary numerical calculations of the device characteristics are carried out. The modified method of partial areas for calculation of of waveguide engineering devices with ferrites is considered. The results of work are used for creation of effective resources of simulation and designing of composite electronic - wave systems of a hybrid type; for creation of the functional media with controlled parameters, on the basis of which the development of effective radiation absorbers and screens is possible. Prediction supposition concerning development of the research object - creation of the software for calculation of arbitrary hybrid electron devices; development of the configuration of multilayer structures with ferrite control elements for creation beforehand of given structure of leakage fields.
