Object of examination: 126 participants of liquidation of consequences of ChAPP failure, suffering with dyscyrculatory encephalopathy, chronic hepatitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. The formation of responses of the changed sensitivity in patients with immunedepended somatic pathology in the remote period after an irradiation passes on the basis of separate subpopulations of immunocompetent cells complex responses, which include as blanket, bound with activity of a complex of the factors of failure, and special, bound with bodies and tissues, in which are shaped these responses. The blanket mechanisms include presence of cell responses such as to antigenes of a microbial parentage and relevant antigenes, which included inhibition of migration, expressoion of activation antigenes, oppression of responses of B - link activation. In the patients with dyscyrculatory encephalopathy, the chronic hepatitises regisrtate activation CD8 subpopulations; in the patients with COPD the responses of CD4 link prevail. Among lymphocytes of bronchoalveolar outwashes rising number CD8+56 + cytotoxic cells with high intensity of presentation HLADR antigene and of cells income to S-phase cell cycle is shown, that testifies to redistribution of cell subpopulations with prevalence of cytotoxic mechanisms in formation of local immunological reactivity, tropism and traffic of -lymphocytes to a tissue mild. At the patients with exposure doses more than 0.5 Gy downstroke of activation antigenes (HLADR, RIL-2) presentation with downstroke of HLADR +, CD23 + B - cells number, which map smaller value of humoral responses at the expense of poor reduction of parameters of an B - link in the remote continuance after irradiation.
