Non-stable fixation of bone fragments and purulent intoxication on the base of primarily-stable osteosynthesis define time shifts of osteoreparation stages and prolongation of their passing. The heterogeneous character of structural and rontgenological picture of the different variants of nonunion was revealed. According to the types of regenerates different types of disregeneration were determined: delayed unions; hypertrophic, oligotrophic and hypotrophic types of nonunion. Methods of the treatment of patients with different manifestations of disregeneration were worked out. Experimental device-model of vibroplatform with slide control of amplitude and frequency (1-3mm, 1-50hertz) is worked out. Test mock-up-specimen for investigation of bone density with acoustic method (model of wideband generator and variants of exciters of shock mechanical oscillation) was worked-out.
