The used techniques: antropometry, questionnaire, EKG, EchoKG, functional and pharmacological tests, daily monitoring of blood pressure, biochemical methods of research of lipid, glucose, hormonal spectrum of blood, USI of thyroid gland.Theoretical and practical results: the system of a rating of influence of functional and pharmacological tests on parameters of cardiovascular system, and also forecasting of efficiency of hypotensiv therapy is offered depending on variants of arterial hypertension at diabetes mellitus. The approaches to diagnostics and treatment of the patients of arterial hypertension on a background of the increased index of weight of a body are optimized by development of ways of correction of blood pressure in view of sensitivity to insulin, and also changes in lipid and glucose disturbances. Novelty of results: the frequency of arterial hypertension and accompanying components of metabolic syndromes at the patients with an index of weight of a body more than 30 kg / m2 is determined. The groups of the patients of arterial hypertension are allocated which require corrections of an insulinoresistanse status, and of glucose and lipid frustration. The ways of their correction are appreciated. The status of myocardial contractility at the patients with chronic autoimmune thyroiditis is investigated. Efficiency of introduction: the prevention of formation of heavy complications at a pathology is intimate - vascular systems, improvement of the forecast rather of components of metabolic syndromes , refinement of diagnostics methods , reduction quantity of hospitalisation of the patients.
