They provide for different schemes to affect the melt under modifications with electrohydropulse treatment. The most effective variants are exposed, for which additional electrohydropulse treatment brings to positive change in the structure and properties. In the highly strengthed iron cast the inclusions of sphire graphite are reduced, the degree of ametal matrix perlitization grows, and the volume of brittle eutectic. In the iron cast of the Fe-Ni-C system both the macro- (eutectic) and mscro- (austenite) grains are reduced and the volumetic share of the ferromagnitic phase is decreased (or even eliminated).
