Work purpose - the research on the increase of thermal stability of products from ZrO2 stabilized by MgO. The research on the option of the grain composition of the charge from ZrO2 stabilized by 4,2 mass% of MgO was carried out. Optimum amount for vibratory casting of the diluting aid ГКЖ-11 was ascertained. It was ascertained that samples produced by means of vibratory casting are characterized by more higher indices of properties compared with samples produced using the semidry pressing methods. Vibratiry cast samples after firing at 1750oC had following properties: open porosity - 22,8%; apparent density - 4,32 g/cm3; compression strength - 118 MPa; thermal shock resistance (1300oC - water) - 8 - > 20 heat cycles which is higher compared with earlier used. Trial lots of compound non-swirl nozzles and crucibles were produced.
