Work purpose - the technology development of home made calcium monoaluminate composition and the technology improvement of a cement containing 40% of Al2O3, this cement is not inferior to the best world analogues. The research methods are petrographycal, chemical, differentially thermal, electronmicroscopic, physico mechanical. The manufacture technology of cements of calcium aluminate composition using home natural raw materials was worked-out. Cements contain 60 - 95 % of calcium monoalumimate. The manufacturing technology of aluminas cement containing 40 % of Al2O3 was improved. ТУ and ВТИ for alumina cements of 4 brands were worked-out. These brands are produced using the slag wastes of different type and characterized by the compression strength up to 50 MPa and contain 40 or 50 % of Al2O3. The used binder contains an addition consisting of slag wastes in alloying compositions manufacture. An application for a supposed invention was submitted. According to the contracts with 11 enterprises of Ukraine the manufacture of trial lots of calcium monoaluminate highalumina cement of the brand ВГЦ-73 in compliance with ТУУ 14-7-191-2000 was realized. The trend of subsequent research is the perfection of the manufacture technology of calcium monoaluminate cement and the broadening of applied volumes of alumina cement.
