Work purpose - on improvement of the manufacture technology of silicon carbide refractories on alumosilicate binder. Research method - physicomechanical, thermomechanical, chemical. The technology was worked throngh and the foring schedule of products in conditions of pilot production was determined. This allowed to reduce its cycle by 13 hours with simultanury imrease of the quality of refractories. Obtained properties of products are following: open porosity - 16,3%, compression strength - 128 MPa, apporent density - 2,52 - 2,53 g/cm3, softening temperature under load 0,2 MPa - 1640oC. In accordance with results of carried out researcg the scientific technical documentation was worked out and the trial lots were produced.
