For the particles of nonmagnetic origin the utilization of reagent with ferromagnetic properties is proposed. The gears of processes of spreading and localization of gaseous waste with the conditions of non uniform temperature fields are considered. The system of differential equations for joint heat and mass transfer processes is defined. The algorithm of their numerical decision is proposed.
