Selected were growth conditions and grown were crystals of the following compositions: Са3Gа2-хFехGе3О12; Са3Gа2-x СrхGе3О12; Са3Gа2-x VхGе3О12, where x in the initial raw material varied from 0.01 to 0.1. It was found that at x<0.05 in the raw material growth of crystals has the same difficulties as when growing pure CGGG. Thus, the most principal effect on the growth process has evaporation of GeO2.
