Due to the individual features of organism's reaction on laser irradiation and other physical factors influence method of estimation of bukkal epithelium nuclei electrical polarization could be used. The method is based on counting the percent parity between electrical negative and electrical neutral nuclei and gives possibility to chose dosage of the physiotherapeutical procedure. The usage of optical and electronical means for investigation of bioelectrical properties of cell nuclei during the electrophoresis allowed not only to estimate percent parity of mobile cell nuclei but to get a full characteristic of cell and whole organism condition due to possibility of definition of amplitude, velocity and acceleration of nuclei movement. The method is based on usage of an original device and processing of the television image of test cells in the electric field with further processing with the original software.
