The aim of study was the examination of protective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect of this preparation. Carefol didn"t show the acute and chronic toxicity, local irritability, cumulative effect, teratogenic and embryogenic toxic activity.The preparation can be used as the perspective tool in curing of sick man with atrophic pharyngitis.Carefol helps to restore the functional state of biomembranes of the blood platelets and hepatocytes by means of its antioxidant and stabilizing action. The study of antiinflammatory effect of carefol certifield the statistic reliability of its effectivity. The obtained results give the possibility to propose carefol for clinic testing as the preparation of natural origin with important pharmacological effectivity in the experiments and recommend preparing the required normative-technical documentation and introduction into practice of public health.
