Head Senchishin V.G., Registration Date 04-04-2003 Organization Scientific-research department of alkali halide crystals with experimental manufacture STC "Institute for single crystals" NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 We developed new technique and the following chelate complexes on the basis of ?- diketonenate (acetylacetonate) - dipivaloilmetanat of indium (DPMI) and acetylacetonate of indium (AAI), and also 8-oxy quinolinate (ОQI) and ethyl hydroxy laminate (EHAI) of indium. Some organic salts of indium - methyl metacrylate of indium (MMAI), trifluoroacetat of indium (TFAI), triethylhecsanete of indium (TEHI), diethyl hexane methacrylate of indium (DEHMAI) were synthesized. The researches showed that MMAI, EHAI, ОQI, TFAI have unsatisfactory dissolubility in styrene, though TFAI dissolves well in methyl metacrylate (up to 8 % of mass. on metal). Salts of indium - DEHMAI and TEHI dissolve well in styrene. We succeeded to derive light transparent plastic scintillators that comprise up to 8 % of indium. mass in the form of AAI, however such scintillator has unsatisfactory light output, though it does not absorb light in the field of absorption and fluorescence of polystyrene and scintillation components, and thatpoints to non-radiating mechanism of energy transfer on AAI.
