Розробка пілотних механізмів біотехнологій виробництва сировини та культивування гідробіонтів. Head Eremeev V.N., Registration Date 04-06-2003 Organization Kovalevsky Institute of biology of the southern seas, NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The influence of some media composed of different ratio of nitrate/urea, different phosphate and carbon concentrations on the specific growth rate, productivity and the content of protein, lipids and pigments Spirulina was determined under laboratory and half-industrial conditions. The generalized criterion has been in order to estimate the functional state of Spirulina half-industrial under semicommercial cultivation. The technologies for obtaining the Spirulina food additives enriched by Zn, Se, Cr, Cu, I, Mn, and Fe were developed. All the technologies except Fe were applied in industry. The quality criterion was recommended for the quality estimation of the biological active additives from the Spirulina. The activity of enzymes and superoxide dismutase and the content of carotenoids, phycocyanin, chlorophyll and iodine in the Spirulina dry mass were determined in dependence on storage timex. The initial rates of phosphorus uptake by the green seaweed Enteromorpha intestinalis for diferent thalli sires were obtained. There was established a direct relationship between the phosphorus intake by the seaweed and the phosphorus concentration in medium . The content of dry matter in the three species thalli of Laurencia used in mariculture was determined and the dependence of this indication on еру vegetation period and the depth and region of their habitat was established.
