Changes of species composition and of a number of epifauna and parasites in the crustaceans (crabs and shrimps) from the coastal zone of the Black Sea and strengthening of pathogenic effects of these organisms last years are revealed. The sharp growth of number of metacercariae of trematode Parvatrema duboisi, belonging to a category of the parasites potentially dangerous to health of the man is established.
