The influence of thermal lattice vibrations to electronic structure and free energy of a random alloy with narrow energy bands is taken into account. Established, that the elastic interaction between radiation defects in alloy, which is uniformly irradiated, leads to their inhomogeneous distribution and, as a result, to radiation-induced segregation of alloy.
