The purpose of activity: to determine hereditary factors, сlinic-laboratory parameters and features of flow of leukemias and lymphomas in children and adolescents, who lived on contaminated by radionuclides territories of Ukraine, and in locales, favourable under the radiation factor. Method of testings: clinical, geneological, morphological, immunological, mathematical. Is rotined, that acute lymphoblastic leukemia were loged for 76,7 % children, myeloblastic - for 23,3 %. More often children till 6 years were sick. For the relatives of ill children most malignant neoplasms and pseudorheumatism often were watched. For 17,4 % of the mothers and 26,2 % of the parents is determined effect of the unfavorable factors. The pathology of pregnancy was for 29,6 % of the mothers. For 73, 0 % 1-2 years prior to development of a leukemia were often virus and microbial infection contaminations, for 25,1 % of children - development of an allergy. For 68,4 % of the patients it were marked bone paine, is more often for children of low age. Half children had anemias. The B - cell versions (67,9 %), among myeloid - M2 and M4 prevailed. For 27,9 % inspected the level of a ferritin in 3-4 times exceeded normative. Is not detected of divergences between for children with leukemias and lymphomas who lived on contaminated by radionuclides territories of Ukraine, and in locales, favourable under the radiation factor.
