The purpose of the work was the definition of main objectives on development of TH of MS-2-8 SV and its components. The results of the work consist of the following: formation of cooperation of the plants developing the TH; definition of complex problems of creation of TH; formation of structure of performance requirements for the TH; working out and justification of integrated engineering solutions on construction of the TH and its components, definition of the structure of basic hardware and software of the TH; formation of technical and economic assessments of creation of the TH; development of project of requirements specification for creation of the TH. The area of usage is provision of centralized computer-aided solution of problems of control of MS-2-8 SV equipped by VE ICTRL and VDCS.
