Because at the moment of compounding a group of patients, two classifications of mental disorders - ICD-10 and DSM-IV have been internationally adopted in clinical practice, regarding the formation and clinical presentation of psychopathological syndromes in the light of these two classifications remains important for us. The group studied includes 60 patients with signs of manifestation of psychoses in night-dreams, 60 patients with depersonalization disorders, 30 families with history of suicidal attempts, and 80 patients with hysteria. The results obtained certify for the existence of a correlation between personality traits of patients and a tendency for specific syndrome formation reflecting the level of self-conscience disturbances. Such results allow for contribution to the concept of "a psychopathological syndrome", which will promote the prognosis of evolution of mental condition at early stages of the development of the disease, and thus create opportunities for earlier and more adequate intervention and prevention of grave complications, associated with the course and untimely treatment of mental disorders.
