Implementation of our recommendations was started aimed at restructurization of the main specialized medical care provision, e.i. to transfer some professional duties / functions of s.c. "narrow" specialists to family doctors (FDs). Thus, it was grounded and worked out a number of recommendations to refer some categories of patients (considering their pathology patterns) from FDs to ofher specialists (MDs) for the further consultations, treatment and making decisions on their possible hospitalization. The scientific substantiation has been done to the medical - technical task-project for assembling an information-processing block being attached to a computerized FD "working place". The analytical assessment of the proposed PHC organizational models (all of them based on the principles of FM) implementation performances has been made.
