The work purpose - putting into production of the manufacturing technology of corundum concrete of СКБГ-1and СКБГХ-1 brands and the broadening of an application of electrocorundum of different producers during the manufacturing of castable mixture for reactors of technical carbon. The research methods - chemical, petrographical,roentgenphase analysises of intial components composed of castable mixtures and castable on their basis. Comparative research of strength characteristics and the main properties indices of castables of СКБГ and СКБГХ brands to be produced on the hasis of electrocorundum O.J.S.C"ЮрАЗ" and our own production was carried out depending on the duration of the hydration hardening (within 3;7;28 compiete days) and the firing temperature and it proved to be possible to use electrocorundum of O.J.S.C"ЮрАЗ" during the manufacturing of castables of these brands. It was shown as a result of using of carried out influence research of 1% of addition of dispersing aluminas of brands of ADS-1 and ADW-1 of "Alcoa" cjmpany (Germany) on themain properties indeces of unfired vibratory.
