The work purpose - putting into production of the manufacturing technology of zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% of Y2O3 and outlet of trial lots of products. The research methods and apparatus are chemical, petrographical, roentgenphase analysises of initial components and refractories on their basis. On the basis of scientific investigations carried out in 2002 in the O.J.S.C "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the manufacturing technology of products from zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% of Y2O3 (ЦИС-1Т brand) was put into production where a content of expensive stabilizing addition of Y2O3 is ~ 2 times lesser compared with produced carlier products. In accordance with TI 24-ИО-95-2003 technical instruction trial lots of products from zirconium dioxide stabilized by ~ 10% (ЦИС-1Т brand) and ~ 25% ofY2O3 (ЦИС-2 brand), which corresponded according to properties indices to to the requirements ТУУ 14-7-192-2000 with changes N 1 and were turned over to the customer for carrying out industrial comparative testings in the service of sets intended for growing of monocrystal. The work should be continued for the purpose of broadening production volumes in the O.J.S.C"The Ukrainian research institute named after A.S.Berzhnoy" of refractory products from zirconium dioxide stabilized by Y2O3 intended for set for growing of monocrystals.
