The work purpose - an influence research of the substance composition on properties of alumosilicate mortars and output of trial lots. The research methods are chemical, petrographical, thermomechanical. Different types of natural raw material used in the manufacture of alumosilicate mortars are researched. An analysis of indices of properties of mullitecorundum, mullite and chamotte and mortars of trial mortars was carried out. It was shown that it is possible to use corundum of the production of O.J.S.C"Urginskiabrasive works" with a fraction lesser than 0,5 mm during the manufacture of mullite corundum mortars and in the manufacture of mortars of mullite and chamotte compositions of fraction chamotte ШК-42 consisting a fractions of chamotte 0,5 mm and lesser than 0,09 mm (200mesh) of O.J.S.C"Vatutinski integrated works of refractories". The utilization of above mentioned materials in the production of mullite andchamotte mortars decreases their prime cost by 25%. It was shown that is possible to use mullitecorundum mortars of extraction phosporus acid during the prepartion of bricklaying solution instead of expensive thermal orthophoshorous acid. Compositions of mullite corundum mortar with an addition of dry phosphate binder are developed which allowed to exclude the use of orthophosporous acid during the preparation of bricklaying solutions of mortars. A composition of mullite mortar of ММЛФС-62 brand with a phospate binder on the basis of home exctracted natural raw material was developed which is analogous concerning the properties indices to the mortar"HU70NA" of german production. The recommendations were given to Polotski O.J.S.C"Glassfiber" on the use of above mentioned material in the bricklaying of the glass making furnace instead of the mortar"HU70NA". In O.J.S.C"UKRNIIO named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of mullitecorundum mortar of ММК-85-1 and mullite mortars of ММЛУ-62 and ММЛФС-62 were produced. The work should be continued for the purpose of putting into production the manufacturing technology of the mortar with an addition of phospate binder and a subsequent perfecting a manufacturing technology of alumosilicate mortars.
