The work purpose -putting into production of new standard sizes for the service in a reducing atmosphere and the manufacture of trial lots. The research methods are chemical, physicomechanical, spectral, petragraphical. The research on an influence determination of temperatures (1450, 1580 and 1750 o C) on the stability of mullitecorundum thermostable samples produced using the vibratory casting method and a pressing with an open porosity (from 17 up 37%) toward the reducing medium was carried out. Dependences of the change of open porosity volume, mass and gaspermeability of refractories on the use of testing temperature were deduced. Trial lots of densified mullitecorundum products with an increased stability for reactors for the manufacture of technical carbon were produced which ensure wholly a technological process with increased service temperatures.Trial lots of mullitecorundum products for the burning facility of carbon and sulfur, for heating units КИП-750 as well as for the reformer of the metallization shop were produced.
