To determine the most typical changes of a health state in children of radiation risk subgroups in the remote periods of the Chernobyl accident.Methods of researches: clinical, immunological, instrumental, mathematical. Results and novelty: It was established, that children of radiation risk subgroup have a low health level (index of pathological affection was 5,43 and 5,97 respectively) in the remote periods of an accident. Chronic bronchorespiratory pathology was more often formed in children of ІІБ subgroup. The parameters of an operative regulation of cardiac rhythm specify the presence of vegetative disbalance, that is confirmed by high frequency of pathological variants of vegetative maintenance of activity with unsufficient connection of sympatho-adrenal system. The pathology of digestive system in children of both observed groups has combined character (79,73-66,20 %) with involvement of several zones of the digestive canal in pathological process. The leading form is chronic gastroduodenitis with a prevail of superficial inflammation. The functional state of the immune system in children is characterized with disbalance of immunoregulatory populations, moderate suppression of cellular link of immunity and high percentage of combined dysimmunoglobulinemias, that are formed undifferentiated type of immunological disorders in children of ІБ subgroup, depressive type - in at children ІІБ subgroup. The cytogenetic researches testify the presence of chromosome instability in the first generation of offsets of the irradiated parents. The average parameters of physical development in children of both basic subgroups answer the age specifications, however high frequency of its disharmony is noted.
