Object of research: 500 children, which were born from the irradiated parents, from them 250 children, born from the parents - liquidators of consequences of accident 1986-1988 гг. (І group) and 250 children, born from from the parents living in contamination terrains (ІІ group). The purpose of work: inspection of children, which were born from the irradiated parents, with the help of procedure selective screening. Selection of children with the revealed pathology of urine-excretory system for the profound inspection. Comparison of frequency and frame of the revealed pathology at children group of observation. Methods of researches: screening, common-clinical, laboratory, statistical. Inspection of children within the framework of the program selective screening have shown, that the leading place among a pathology of urine-excretory system belonged to the dismetabolic nephropathy, which was recorded at third (34,4 %) children of І group and half (51,2 %) children of ІІgroup; the second place was occupied by congenital malformation of kidneys (17,6 % and 16,0 % acordingly); the third place belonged to a night uracrasia at І group, and inflammatory diseases at ІI group. The relative analysis has shown, that at children of ІІ group more often the dismtabolic nephropathy, inflammatory diseases and urolithiasis were diagnosed.
