The aim of study was to reveal cases of leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome and multiple myeloma among cohort of liquidators of 1986-1990 years and influence of dose irradiation on their appearance.The methods were clinical, epidemiologocal and statistical. The diagnostic information on 114 from 137 cases of leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome and multiple myeloma from list №1,and clinical and biological materials for cases from list №№2 and 3, which were sent for the I-st session of International Hematological Review. The I-st session of International Hematological Review verified 98 cases of leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome and multiple myeloma from list №№1, 2, 3 from 6 oblasts of Ukraine. The results of the I-st session of International Hematological Review were estimated, the cases for the secondary review and the cases from the list №1 were selected for the II-nd session of International Hematological Review. 570 cases and their controls were interviewed, the results were sent to the DCC.
