Parameters of the phenazepam pharmcocinetics in mice organisms of lines СВА, С57ВL/6 and F1 demonstrate evident differences: the highest speed of the agent elimination from liver, blood plasma and brain has been observed in СВА, the lowest one - was in С57ВL/6. According with the integral index for the total content of the agent in this organ the following dependence was found: AUC С57ВL/6>AUC F1.
