Karst.) have been studied. Phylogenetic connections between 8 representatives of the genus Pinus L. ( Pinus sylvestris L., Pinus pallasiana D.Don., Pinus pityusa Stev., Pinus mugo Turra, Pinus kochiana Klotzch ex Koch , Pinus cembra, Pinus nigra Arn., Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea Kalenicz. ex Kom ) have been studied on the basis of previous investigations. It was determined that in Norway spruce populations the part of polymorphic loci (P) was 73,3%, and the observed (Ho) and expected (He) heterozygosities were correspondingly equal to 0,188, and 0,174. The mean values of the main indications of Silver fir genetic polymorphism in Ukrainian Carpathians were as follows: P=66,7%; Ho=0,159; He=0,167; the mean number of alleles per locus (A) was equal to 3,125 and the mean number of genotypes per locus (Pg) was equal to 4,458. The mean values of individual inbreeding coefficient relative to population are indicative of slight heterozygosity deficiency in Abies alba populations. On the basis of Nei coefficient of genetic distance (Dn) the clustering of the genus Pinus L. has been conducted that obviously indicates genetic interconnections character between the species studied. Individual and populational variability of series of quantitative polygenous features and maternal plants heterozygosity have been studied. The influence of salinity of mine dumps rocks on morphometric parameters of plantules and cauline scions and also on seminal reproduction of some arboreal plants species has been investigated.
