Fixed, that the pain set of symptoms wears constant blunt character. X-ray is revealed, that the quantity of fractures at the patients changes from 1 up to 10 with a level of a defeat from D5-L5 vertebra, accompanying by deformation in saggital of a plane, which wears character of augmentation of physiological flexures of thoracal and lumbar departments. X-ray is revealed, that meets I-II more often degree of a compression, and for III-IV of a degree of a compression the downstroke(drop) of height of all departments of bodies vertebra is characteristic. In experiment on animals fixed, that the ceramic material on a basis hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate (80% and 20%), which implanted in bodies vertebra rates with an osteoporosis, promoted formation new-formed of an osteal tissue at early stages and raised density of osteal frames. On basis of results of biochemical inspection of the patients with compression fractures of bodies vertebra on a background of an osteoporosis the changes of components in system "протеогликаны-collagen" and parity(ratio) of activity marker enzymes of formation and resorbtion of an osteal tissue are revealed. Model samples of new kinds orthesis are developed which correspond medic-technical to the demands for an immobilization of a backbone of the patients at an osteoporosis: provide correction and bracing of a backbone, compensate delicacy muscle corset of a back, reduce a pain set of symptoms and raise quality of life of the patient.
